Formed in late 2006, Medium Rare is a Cape Town based rock band with a wide range of influences ranging from classic rock, emotional acoustic tracks, through to post-modern alternative rock. Members of the band are Brian Brougham-Cook (vocals), Adrian Gregory (rhythm and lead guitars), Cecil Huskisson (rhythm guitars), Angus Williamson (bass) and James Woolley (drums).
